The work is nimble and responsive to the current moment
Thoughtfully utilizing tools and practices that guide individuals and groups toward clear, grounded decision making. The practice meets the people in whatever state of exhaustion, overwork, or urgency they may find themselves in. We use a variety of holistic modalities that draw on wisdom traditions and current science of human development- ranging from Tai Chi, reiki, functional movement based exercise training, nervous system training, mindfulness, breathwork, and coaching.
